Two Shaft Shredder
The YG two shaft shredder is a heavy-duty industrial shredder designed for processing plastic, rubber, wood, metal, tires, e-waste, and bulky waste. Using two counter-rotating shafts with hardened alloy blades, it delivers high torque at low speed — reducing jams, noise, and fire risk. Available in 6 models (YG-600 to YG-2000) with capacities from 0.3 to 20 T/H, power from 22 kW to 220 kW, and knife sizes up to Φ650×60mm.
Key features include PLC control with automatic overload reversal, durable Cr12MoV / SKD-11 blades with 3-4 year life on tire processing, and low maintenance design. It handles plastic drums, wood pallets, tires, circuit boards, light metal scrap, and medical waste.
Tire Recycling Line
The YG tire recycling line is a complete production system that processes scrap tyres into valuable materials — rubber powder, steel wire, and nylon fibre. Available in batch and continuous process configurations, with capacities from 1 to 35 T/D. Models include YG‑3 (1‑3 T/D), YG‑6 (4‑6 T/D), YG‑10 (8‑10 T/D), YG‑16 (12‑16 T/D), YG‑30 (30‑35 T/D), and YGL‑16 (semi‑continuous, 8 T/D rubber powder only).
The line includes bead removal, cutting, shredding, magnetic separation, air classification, and cooling stages. Output rubber powder meets industrial standards with steel and fibre fully removed. Low power consumption and ≤60 dB noise make it suitable for most industrial sites.

Plastic Recycling Line
The YG plastic recycling line is a complete PET bottle washing and processing system that turns used bottles into clean, reusable flakes. Available in 4 models with capacities from 300 to 2000 kg/h. The line includes crushing, washing, dewatering, and drying stages, producing PET flakes with moisture ≤1%, metal ≤20ppm, and total impurity 100‑320ppm.
Designed for post‑consumer PET bottles, industrial PET scrap, and mixed colour bottles. The system recycles most of its water (2‑15 T/H fresh consumption). Final flakes are suitable for fibre mills, sheet extrusion, and bottle‑to‑bottle recycling. Requires 3‑4 workers (300kg model) up to 10‑12 workers (2000kg model).
