How Does YG Tyre Recycling Line Work?
YG machine uses a multi-step process to separate tyre components.
Step 1: Tyre Preparation
First, the whole tyre enters the preparation stage. Two options are available:
- Semi-automatic line – Tyre cutter → Strip cutter → Block cutter → Steel wire separator
- Fully automatic line – Wire drawing machine → Shredder (with screen) → Rubber blocks
The preparation stage removes the bead wire and cuts the tyre into manageable rubber blocks. This is the first step in any tire recycling line
Step 2: Rubber Powder Production
The rubber blocks then go through:
- Cracking mill – grinds blocks into coarse powder
- Magnetic separator – removes steel wire from the powder
- Vibrating screen – sorts powder by particle size
- Air classifier – separates nylon fibre from rubber powder
- Cooling system – cools the final powder for bagging
